This incident has been resolved. After monitoring overnight and completing a review, Paragon determined that timeouts and delays were limited, and systems are operational.

We are currently investigating an issue where some queries to Paragon endpoints are taking longer-than-expected to complete. This includes writing successful executions to task history. Paragon is scaling up resources to address this issue.
